Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
2. The item must be in original condition
3. All original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories must be intact
4. Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required

Non-Returnable Items (Electronics-Specific)

Due to the nature of electronic components, the following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival:

• Microcontrollers, ICs, semiconductors
• Sensors, modules, development boards (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, STM32, etc.)
• Batteries, power supplies, SMPS
• Cables, connectors, adapters
• Downloadable software, firmware, or digital products
• Gift cards

⚠️ Items damaged due to wrong connection, reverse polarity, over-voltage, short circuit, or misuse are not eligible for return or refund.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Item shows signs of use or soldering
• Missing accessories or damaged packaging
• Item returned after 30 days
• Damage not caused during shipping

Defective or Damaged Items (DOA)

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
3. Our technical team will verify the issue

If approved, we will:

• Replace the product or
• Issue a refund (at our discretion)

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• You will be notified via email about approval or rejection
• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days
