TOP262EN – High-Efficiency PWM Switcher IC (TOPSwitch-HX Family)
TOP262EN is a high-performance PWM switcher IC from Power Integrations’ TOPSwitch-HX family, designed for medium to high-power SMPS designs with excellent efficiency, low standby power, and reduced external components. It integrates a 700V MOSFET, PWM controller, high-voltage startup, loop compensation, and full protection circuitry into a single IC — making power supply development faster, smaller, and more reliable.
It supports 100W–150W (adapter applications) and up to 290W in open-frame designs with proper thermal management.
